To open the site's Library Manager choose Tools > Libraries from the Menu Bar. sWord will open the Libraries window.

You will need to use the Library Manager to:

• Create a new library
• View or Modify a library's properties and permissions
• Add a new item to a library
• Modify an item in a library
• Delete or disactivate an item in a library

Libraries may not be deleted. If you no longer need a library, simply don't use it.
